On the afternoon of September 16, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh worked with a delegation from Dongnan International Group (HK) Limited.

At the meeting, representatives from Dongnan International Group (HK) Limited shared the Group’s investment aspirations, strategic orientations, and potential areas of cooperation in Bac Ninh. The field survey was intended to provide the Group with a closer look at the province’s investment environment, socio-economic infrastructure, and development potential, following its participation in the “Promoting Investment Cooperation in Bac Ninh Province” seminar held in Beijing, China, on August 24, 2026.
According to the Group’s representatives, Dongnan is a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise in China, specializing in high-tech manufacturing, elevator production, green urban development, and industrial infrastructure. Its operations currently extend to more than 50 countries and territories. The Group’s main manufacturing facility is located in Suzhou, while its overseas operations headquarters is based in Hong Kong and its management headquarters in Beijing.

Impressed by Bac Ninh’s investment environment and semiconductor industrial infrastructure, Dongnan has identified the province as a potential strategic investment destination in Southeast Asia. The Group expressed its interest in studying investment opportunities and developing comprehensive infrastructure solutions in Bac Ninh, while seeking to make use of the province’s investment incentive policies.
Dongnan also expressed its willingness to serve as a bridge between Bac Ninh and Chinese businesses, contributing to the province’s investment promotion efforts and helping attract a broader ecosystem of Chinese enterprises to the locality.Delegates attending the working session.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh welcomed and highly appreciated Dongnan International Group (HK) Limited for promptly conducting a field survey in Bac Ninh following the investment promotion event in Beijing.
He highlighted Bac Ninh’s well-developed and integrated transport infrastructure, comprising road, rail, and waterway networks with direct connections to seaports, enabling convenient cargo transportation and customs clearance. The province also has a large pool of skilled workers, supported by a network of reputable universities and vocational training institutions, as well as a welcoming and favorable living environment for foreign experts.
Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh affirmed that Bac Ninh has prepared land ready for investment and will provide the investor with the highest level of support in investment procedures, while facilitating and expediting construction licensing. The province is also prepared to connect the investor with reputable construction partners and banking institutions to support the implementation of the project as needed.

The Vice Chairman assigned the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority to continue acting as the focal point, coordinating closely with relevant departments and agencies to provide comprehensive information and offer maximum support to Dongnan International Group throughout the subsequent stages of site surveys, feasibility studies, and investment promotion.
