Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi addresses the conference.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman Le Xuan Loi affirmed that the Sports Festivals at all levels had become widespread sporting events, attracting enthusiastic participation and support from large numbers of local residents. The events had helped improve people's cultural and spiritual lives, promote the movement of “All people exercise their bodies following the example of the Great President Ho Chi Minh,” and identify and select promising athletes for high-performance sports.
He called on authorities and relevant sectors at all levels to continue promoting mass participation in sports, investing in sports facilities and improving the quality of human resources, thereby ensuring the substantive, sustainable and balanced development of the city's sports movement.
Building on these achievements, the Bac Ninh sports delegation will participate in the 10th National Sports Games 2026 with 56 coaches and 279 athletes, competing in 17 sports across 218 events. The delegation aims to win more than 90 medals of various kinds, including at least 30 gold medals.
