Attending the ceremony included Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee; Mr. Tran Van Tuy, former Member of the Party Central Committee, former Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, former Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Commission, and former Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Member of the City Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; as well as former city leaders, representatives from various departments, agencies, and localities, investors, and investment partners.

The Que Vo III Industrial Park (Sub-zone 2) project is located in Que Vo Ward, Bac Ninh City, and holds a particularly important strategic position. It directly connects to National Highway 17—linking to the gateway of Bac Ninh City's center—and offers convenient access to National Highways 1A and 18. It is situated 50 km from the center of Hanoi and 46 km from Noi Bai International Airport.

Spanning an area of ​​208.54 hectares with a total investment capital of nearly VND 2,800 billion, the project is being implemented in two phases. Phase 1 (2021–2025) involves compensation, site clearance, and the construction of industrial park infrastructure. Phase 2 (starting in 2026) marks the commencement of the project's operation.

Leveraging its prime geographical location and meticulous investment in comprehensive technical infrastructure, the project will create a new space for industrial development. It will facilitate the attraction of projects in manufacturing, supporting industries, and high-tech sectors, while simultaneously generating jobs and contributing to the socio-economic development of Bac Ninh City.

According to City People's Committee Vice Chairman Pham Van Thinh, Que Vo III Industrial Park – Sub-zone 2 holds practical significance by providing new industrial development space, attracting high-tech, manufacturing, and supporting industry projects, creating jobs, and boosting local socio-economic growth. He expressed hope that the project would establish modern industrial infrastructure and become a destination for quality investors, thereby expanding Bac Ninh's growth drivers.

To ensure the project becomes operational soon, the Vice Chairman urged the investor to concentrate resources and guarantee quality, safety, and adherence to the schedule. He also called for compliance with legal regulations and a proactive, selective approach to attracting projects in high-tech, electronics, semiconductors, supporting industries, and other environmentally friendly, high-value-added sectors.

The Provincial Industrial Zones Authority, relevant departments and agencies, and the Que Vo Ward People's Committee were requested to continue supporting the enterprise and promptly resolving any difficulties. They were also asked to pay attention to the well-being of local residents and coordinate the development of housing, services, and facilities for the workforce. Bac Ninh City is committed to fostering a transparent and favorable investment environment and standing alongside businesses, ensuring that difficulties falling within the responsibility of state agencies do not become bottlenecks. Confidence was expressed that the project would be implemented on schedule and to high quality standards, ultimately becoming a green, modern, and efficient industrial park that contributes to shaping a new industrial landscape for Bac Ninh.

The contractor mobilized machinery and personnel to commence construction immediately following the ceremony.
