Bien Son Kindergarten was established through the merger of Phong Van Kindergarten and the former Bien Son Kindergarten. Following the merger, the school operates a main campus in Vua Ngoai Village, a branch campus in Pho Luong Village and four satellite sites. It has 77 administrators, teachers and support staff and provides care and education for 776 children in 32 groups/classes.

The school identifies child care, nurturing, education, safety and health as its core priorities. It has strictly implemented procedures for monitoring children’s health and physical development, maintaining personal and environmental hygiene, and preventing and controlling diseases. Teachers closely monitor children during learning activities, playtime, meals and nap times.

Particular attention is paid to nutrition. Menus are developed according to children’s age, the seasons and weekly schedules to ensure a balanced and nutritious diet, with dishes regularly varied to suit the children’s preferences.

Despite the larger scale and increased number of children following the merger, with facilities spread across locations up to approximately 12 km apart, the school has quickly stabilized its organizational structure, effectively assigned responsibilities and maintained consistent routines for child care, nutrition and education. Activities have been carried out continuously, ensuring that the merger does not disrupt the children’s learning, meals, nap times or daily care.

In the joyful atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Phan The Tuan acknowledged and commended the efforts of the school’s administrators, teachers and staff in caring for, nurturing and educating the children. He spent time talking with the children, encouraging them to stay healthy, well-behaved and united, actively participate in learning and recreational activities, and enjoy a joyful and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival.

He asked the school to continue upholding its sense of responsibility and building a safe, friendly and happy educational environment. He also called for greater attention to children facing difficult circumstances, ensuring that every child has favorable conditions to learn, play and develop comprehensively.

On the occasion, the delegation presented Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to Bien Son Kindergarten and its children. The gifts reflected the care and concern of the city’s Party Committee and authorities for the younger generation, helping the children enjoy a happy and meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival.
