The facility is authorized to operate 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, with a total extraction volume not exceeding 65 m³/day and night.The license specifies the filter pipe placement depth at 28–63 meters and sets the maximum permissible dynamic water level at 40 meters. The extraction term is five years from the license's effective date.In addition to granting extraction rights, the Provincial People's Committee requires Cotto Mikado Joint Stock Company to strictly monitor flow rates, water levels, and water quality; to extract and use water economically and efficiently, minimizing loss; and to avoid infringing upon the legal water resource extraction and usage rights of other organizations or individuals.The enterprise must also fully meet its financial obligations regarding water resources. Periodically, before January 30 of each year, report the extraction status to the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committee of Hop Thinh Commune, and update the data into the national water resource information system and database.The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for updating permit information into the national water resource information system and database, while also monitoring and supervising groundwater extraction and usage activities at the facility of Cotto Mikado Joint Stock Company.P.H
